Marquetry is the art of creating decorative designs and pictures by skillfully utilizing the grain, figure and colours of thin veneers... This very versatile table is constructed from solid French Mahogany using solid brass hinges to support the swingout legs. The table is 40"x40"x31"high when open and 20"x40" when folded with marquetry patterns inlaid on both sides of the table top, sides and legs. The opened table surface features embossed leatherette surrounded by marquetry patterns. Included are 4 steel-frame padded chairs with lumbar support.
